Large Rooster Weathervane

American, probably New England.
Possibly attributed to Cushing and White, Waltham, MA.
Ca. 1875 – 1890.
Full body molded copper, sheet copper tail with iron rods for support.
Over-all in fine condition, traces of a white and yellow paint history, now oxidized with a verdigris surface, minor imperfections.
This rare imposing-size rooster weathervane has wonderful presence and visual impact with great attention to the details on the body and tail.
